* We prefer to receive order through ORDER FORM or email only. We will not entertain order through SMS. However, you can send SMS or email to us if you have any enquiry about our items.
* If you did not receive confirmation email within 24 hours after you have made order, kindly notify us by sending SMS to our mobile number - 012-2997349. We will update your order status as soon as possible.
* We accept payment through online banking, Cash Deposit Machine or bank counter transaction only. Payment must be made to our CIMB or RHB account. We will inform our account number in confirmation email.
* No bargains. All prices shown are fixed and NOT included with postage fee.
* We will deliver items by using PosLaju service only. Postage fee is RM6 per item for delivery within Semenanjung Malaysia and RM8 per item for delivery within Sabah & Sarawak.
* Reservation is valid for 3 days only after we have confirmed your order. If we did not receive any feedback from you within 3 days, we will cancel your order.
* We will post out items once per week. Our delivery day is on Monday. We will send tracking ID to your email for your reference.
* Serious buyer only. No backout after we have confirmed any order or else we may not entertain your order in future.
* Purchased item(s) are not returnable.
